Terms and Conditions of Use

⚖️ Legally Binding Document

By registering for Flow Club, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions of Use.

PREAMBLE

These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Flow Club platform (hereinafter the "Club"), published by FLOW AFRICA (hereinafter the "Publisher"). By registering or accessing the Club, the member (hereinafter the "Member" or "User") acknowledges having read and understood these Terms and accepts them without reservation.

These Terms define the conditions and procedures for access, navigation, and use of the Club's services, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.

2.1 Eligibility Conditions

  • Free of charge to entrepreneurs with active Flow Africa subscription;
  • Upon payment for any individual or legal entity not holding an active Flow Africa subscription.

2.2 Account and Credentials

⚠️ Credentials are strictly personal. Sharing is prohibited and may result in suspension.

2.3 Payment Obligations

  • Subscription fees are payable in advance.
  • Payment is due on the invoice date.
  • The Publisher may modify rates with 30 days' notice.

3.1 Exclusive Ownership

All content on the Club is the exclusive property of FLOW AFRICA and Flow Club.

⛔ Reproduction, distribution, or modification of content is strictly prohibited without written authorization.

⛔ In the event of non-payment or late payment, the Member's account will be automatically suspended after 3 days.

  • Account reinstated upon full payment of outstanding amount.
  • If not paid within 15 days, the subscription may be permanently terminated.

ACCEPTANCE BY THE MEMBER

These Terms are a legally binding document.

  • having read these Terms;
  • accepting them fully and without reservation;
  • committing to comply with them.

Kwa kujisajili kwa Flow Club, unakubali kikamilifu Masharti na Masharati haya ya Matumizi.

UTANGULIZI

Masharti na Masharati haya ya Matumizi (hapa yanajulikana kama "Masharti") yanasimamia ufikiaji na matumizi ya jukwaa la Flow Club (hapa "Klabu"), iliyochapishwa na FLOW AFRICA (hapa "Mchapishaji"). Kwa kujisajili au kufikia Klabu, mwanachama anakubali kuwa amesoma na kuelewa Masharti haya na anayakubali bila kutoroshwa.

KUKUBALIWA NA MWANACHAMA

Masharti haya ni hati ya kisheria inayofunga.

  • kuwa amesoma Masharti haya;
  • kuyakubali kikamilifu na bila kutoroshwa;
  • kujitolea kuyazingatia.
